How are items packaged?

All items are carefully packed as to avoid any form of damage.

What is the estimated delivery time?

We ship on all weekdays (Monday to Friday), excluding Saturdays, Sundays & public holidays.

While we shall endeavor to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics or lack of availability.

The estimated time of delivery is within 10 working days for international orders. All orders get shipped within 3 days from our warehouse.

How will the delivery be done?

We try to process all deliveries through reputed courier companies like Bluedart, Aramex, AFL, DTDC, DHL and Fedex.

What is Replacement/Refund Policy?

Our “100% Buyer Protection Program” allows for easy replacement and refunds for:

1.       Products which you received in “Damaged/Defective/Broken” condition.

2.       Products not as per description/photo on the website.

3.       Non Adaptive of lens policy

Please follow the below given steps to register your dispute within 24hr of receipt of the product. Disputes registered after 24hrs of delivery may not be entertained.

How to raise dispute for an order?

You need to register your dispute by sending email to eyelensathome@gmail.com  with images of broken/defective/damaged/mismatch products within 24hr of delivery. We need photos of the damaged/defective/mismatch products received. Please mention your order number in the e-mail.

After we review your request, you will receive an e-mail with instructions on resolution of your dispute. Please allow us three days to respond to your dispute and provide instructions on replacement or refund of your item.

When will I be refunded?

The refund will be initiated only in the form of a Gift Voucher of the value of your item  which can be redeemed on eyelensathome before validity of the voucher or Direct bank transfer
